Account & Registration
Click "Register" in the top navigation and choose whether you want to sign up as a buyer or a seller. Enter your name, username, email address and a secure password, then click "Create Account".
Yes — you can update your profile information, phone number, and saved delivery addresses from your account settings at any time.
Orders & Payments
Browse products and add items to your cart. At checkout, drop a pin on the map to set your exact delivery location — your delivery fee is calculated live based on road distance. Then select your payment method and confirm your order.
SwaziSwap accepts three payment methods:
MTN MoMo — pay instantly via a USSD push to your mobile money account.
Debit / Credit Card — Visa and Mastercard accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives. You'll receive a 6-digit confirmation code to hand to the driver.
MoMo and card payments are processed immediately by SwaziSwap as the Merchant of Record. For cash on delivery, payment is confirmed when the driver enters your 6-digit code at the point of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
SwaziSwap manages all logistics end-to-end. Our drivers collect your items directly from the seller's dispatch location and deliver them to your pinned delivery address — no third-party couriers involved.
Your delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the road distance from the seller to your delivery pin, your delivery zone, and your order weight. The full breakdown is shown before you confirm payment — there are no surprises.
You can check your order status at any time under My Orders in your account dashboard. You'll also receive email and in-app notifications whenever your order status changes — from collection through to delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Submit a return request through your SwaziSwap account or contact our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed by SwaziSwap as Merchant of Record. Refunds may be applied to your original payment method or as platform credit, at SwaziSwap's discretion. Marketplace Seller payouts are adjusted accordingly.
Seller Questions
Register as a Seller at swaziswap.com/register/seller. Once your application is submitted, our team will review it within 24–48 hours. You'll be notified by email when your account is approved.
Seller payouts are processed on a weekly schedule. Your payout amount reflects completed sales after deduction of platform commissions, applicable taxes, and any refunds or chargebacks from that period.
Registration and product listing are free. A platform commission is deducted from each completed sale. Your commission rate is based on your seller quality score — higher-scoring sellers earn a lower rate. Full details are in the Seller Agreement.
