Tips for Great Product Listings

Small things that make a big difference

📸

Use high-quality photos

Take photos in natural light against a clean background. Show the product from multiple angles. Buyers can't touch the product — your photos do the selling.

✍️

Write detailed descriptions

Include size, material, colour, weight and any other relevant details. The more information you give, the fewer questions buyers will have — and the fewer returns you'll get.

💰

Price competitively

Browse similar products on SwaziSwap to understand the market. Competitive pricing helps you appear higher in search results and win more sales.

📦

Keep stock updated

Always make sure your stock count is accurate. Selling an item you don't have leads to cancelled orders and damages your seller quality score.

🏷️

Choose the right category

Make sure your product is listed in the correct category. Buyers browse by category, and a miscategorised product gets far fewer views.

Be ready for collection

When an order comes in, have your product packaged and ready for our driver promptly. Fast turnaround leads to great reviews, a higher quality score and a lower commission rate.
